This QuadReal initiative has been created to keep us in touch with you, our tenants, by sharing topics on health, wellbeing and positivity.
COVID-19 has impacted how businesses operate, and we have made many adjustments at our buildings around the country. To ensure you know how we’re keeping you safe, we have created a new tenant app called QuadReal+.

The Jamieson Place Return to the Workplace Playbook (v2) provides information to all tenants regarding procedures and policies in the building updated to reflect what we have learned over the last year about COVID -19.
Our objective in doing so is the continued health, safety and well being of our tenants, their guests, our team members and service providers. This has and will continue to be our top priority.
The health and safety of our guests, tenants and staff is our priority. In accordance with the Face Coverings Bylaw 26M2020 that came into effect on August 1, 2020, those entering the property must wear a facial covering that covers the nose, mouth and chin. This applies to all guests, contractors, tenants and staff, except for those that fall under the exemptions as outlined in the Face Coverings Bylaw 26M2020.
