Only Jamieson Place tenants are eligible for a membership. Tenants who have not yet registered to the fitness centre can do so by following the below link to the registration page and selecting “Fitness Centre Registration” tab on the bottom of the page: Fitness Centre Registration

July Live Class Schedule 

Throughout each weekday in July, join LIV North instructors as they teach live fitness classes through Zoom. Classes consist of Mindfulness, HIIT, Core Express and more. Find the Zoom links on the schedule.

Fitness Centre Monthly Resources - July

The July edition of The Fitness Centre Monthly Resources features a Primal Animal Flow Outdoor Workout, the benefits of finding New Paths, and BBQ Bonanza recipes for summer.

Optimal On-Demand Fitness 

Optimal is a virtual service available for all Fitness Centre Members. Access Optimal through the Member Portal. Select "Purchase Services" and add the "Optimal Pass" to your account. The "Connect to Virtual Fitness" link will then appear on your portal. Also available on Optimal are Live and on-demand Fitness Classes, audio guided workouts, 7 day programs and more.

Virtual Workouts 

Login to the Fitness Centre Member Portal or App and select the "Virtual Workouts" tab to find pre-designed workouts created by the fitness centre staff. New workouts added weekly.
