Hours of Operation

The loading dock is open and staffed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday except holidays. The Shipping/Receiving facility is located on the loading dock of Jamieson Place. Courier access is by means of the entrance door on the east side of the building.



All deliveries are scanned in the electronic Neotrack log by Shipping/Receiving personnel. Shipping/Receiving receives couriers between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Deliveries are only made to company mailrooms, between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. All outgoing mail/packages have to be picked up by 4 p.m. unless prior arrangements are made.

After Hours Delivery (between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.) can be organized through Building Security as long as there is a tenant-designate there to receive and accept responsibility. Please make arrangements in advance.

Upon delivery of any large shipment, Shipping/Receiving will contact the individual listed on the waybill to advise of the delivery. The item(s) cannot remain on the dock for longer than one hour while the tenant arranges for pick-up. There is no storage available on the loading dock and Shipping/Receiving personnel do not take responsibility for deliveries that are not collected. Shipping/Receiving personnel do scheduled deliveries throughout the day for items that are addressed to the mailrooms of building tenants. Deliveries are not made to individual floors.

Any large deliveries (pallet-size or larger) will not be accepted after 3:30 p.m., unless other arrangements have been made with the co-signer and Shipping/Receiving.
