Fitness Centre Reopening

We are happy to announce the reopening of the Jamieson Fitness Centre for pre-scheduled workouts on Monday, March 8, at 7 a.m. Registration for Monday gym times will begin Friday, March 5, at 8 a.m.

All users will be required to sign this QuadReal liability waiver form prior to entering the facility. Please email completed forms to QuadReal Access Control at [email protected].

How to Book Gym Times

Only registered Fitness Centre users will be able to book a gym time. Please see gym booking instructions here.

Fitness Personal Training Sessions

The Jamieson Place Fitness Centre is pleased to offer personal training services to our building occupants, at a 20% discount rate by March 31, 2021. The training sessions are provided by certified LIV North trainers in the Fitness Centre. Please see here more information about packages and rates.

A complimentary half hour virtual training consultation will be available so you can talk to a trainer about goals, training history, plan of action and scheduling.

March Live Zoom Classes. LIVNorth staff are offering complimentary fitness classes through Zoom for the month of March. Join various instructors teaching classes such as Calorie Crusher, Core Express, Afterwork Circuit and more! Please view a full calendar of the classes here.  

21 Days To Create a Habit ChallengeThe Fitness Centre staff have put together a fun challenge for the month of March. Participants can pick an exercise, from a list of 21 exercises, to complete each day for 21days. Full descriptions and pictures are provided for each exercise.

The Fitness Centre Member Portal

LIV Optimal  - A new virtual service available for all Fitness Centre Members that includes exercise videos on demand taught by LIV North staff, mindfulness sessions, various goal based exercise programs including ergonomics, decrease low back pain, core strength and more. New material is added regularly. Add the free "Optimal Pass" to your member portal account to gain access to the Optimal link.
