Located on the third floor, the Jamieson Place Fitness Centre is a 6000 sq. ft. facility equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and a large studio space for a variety of classes and personal training. The Fitness Centre features the latest cardiovascular machines with embedded entertainment, a 15 station selectorized strength circuit and a variety of free weight, stability and functional equipment.Selected programming including personal and group training is also available.
The Fitness Centre is open 24 hours; please be advised locker rooms are closed during cleaning and maintenance:
Monday - Friday : 8 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Sundays: 7 a.m. - 8 a.m.
During the designated times for cleaning and maintenance, no members are permitted in the locker rooms.
Please note that the Fitness Centre is not always staffed.
The Fitness Centre is for use by members ONLY after they have completed a registration appointment with a Fitness Centre staff person. For liability and safety reasons, no spouses, children or guests are allowed to use the facility.
All Fitness Centre users are required to complete a brief orientation session and must complete all applicable membership forms. The 15-20 minute orientation session will review basic procedures, give an overview of the facility and equipment available, as well as allowing time for questions. The orientation session is mandatory, because the Fitness Centre is not always staffed.

The Fitness Centre Studio at Jamieson Place – located in the Winter Garden on the +15 Level - is pleased to offer the latest session of fitness classes. Registration begins Tuesday, October 15th, for classes running November-December 2019.
Registration is on a first come first serve basis for each session, and must be done in person at the Jamieson Place Fitness Centre during staff hours. Payment is required at the time of registration. Fitness Centre membership is mandatory in order to participate in classes.
There will be a variety of classes led in the studio. All group exercise classes are led by certified instructors. All classes are self-paced, which means that you determine the intensity that is best for you. It’s easy; just listen to your body. We encourage you to exercise according to your fitness level.
